Connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own models to PIM and let them read and update your catalog.

PIM doesn't lock you into a built-in AI. Use the AI you already trust, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to work on your product data. It reads products from PIM, and the changes it makes sync to your channels and kiosks like any other edit.

You stay in control

When you connect an AI, you choose the team and whether it may update products or only read them. You can see every connected app under Integrations → API Access, and disconnecting one stops its access straight away.
